I was at a birthday party on Saturday and was introduced to the most annoying thing ever: the MetroCard clicker.

Double Rodent Celebration

At the 14th Near-Annual Groundhog Party we’ll be celebrating the start of the Year of the Rat and Mardi Gras, along with the coming of spring and the wonders of woodchucks.

Fun begins with jiao zi making at 6:30 Saturday at the home of Slug and Plantnerd.

Comments

The key point of the post was that Norlosers are all invited, but it appears I failed to mention that.

I have no shame. I Googled jiao zi.

According to Wikipedia, they're dumplings you make by crimping.

Here at Norlos Central, we make something similar, except we make them by crumping.

Whose crazy tropical photos? From where?

Dr. No's photos from Mexico. I'm trying to set up the blog so that anyone can put photos on the left without dealing with me. But it's tough and I haven't had time to delve into the coding. Maybe this weekend...
